Short-term In-Patient Rehab Programs
Short-term In-patient Rehab programs ("28 Day" programs) were created because employees could take 2 weeks of sick leave and 2 weeks of vacation to enter into a In-patient Rehab without loosing their jobs. These short-term in-patient programs are not the ideal, but in many cases they make it possible for someone to get help. What started out as practical has turned into a benchmark for Government funding and insurance companies.
