Questioning sexuality and Addiction
Sexual orientation is self identified. In our society where heterosexuality is the norm, non-heterosexuals must go through a process of self discovery to reach their own conclusion. Some embrace their sexual orientation more quickly, while others reject a label; regardless of their sexual activity or emotional involvements. This internal conflict and contradiction can place them at risk for a number of things, especially addiction. (related terms: Down Low, Closeted, Adrophillic...)
