Out-Patient Programs
Outpatient Rehabs (Drug and or Behavior Addiction Rehabilitation Programs) do not provide housing. Individuals in the program visit the center daily or weekly to take part in a wide range of techniques: cognitive-behavioral therapy, problem-solving groups, and 12-step programs. Outpatient programs can last for weeks or months.
As you might image, Outpatient programs alone are not the best fit for someone who deeply addicted. Individuals transitioning out of an Inpatient Rehab or those who have been caught early in the disease most often use Outpatient Rehab programs.

Robert A Bohls is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and Trauma and Addictive Disorders Therapist with over 15 years of experience as a therapist.
Robert believes that many of life's problems stem from the un-explored parts of ourselves. These 'parts' are trying to find expression and the longer we ignore and repress them, the worse we think and feel about ourselves.
