Marijuana Addiction
Marijuana (Cannabis, ganja, hashish...) is the most commonly used illegal drug in the U.S. and around the World. Marijuana's primary active chemical is THC - tetrahydrocannabinol (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol). While it has some depressant and stimulant properties, it is usually categorized as a hallucinogen. Marijuan's short-term effects include memory and learning problems, distorted perception, and difficulty thinking and solving problems.
